Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of User Experience (UX) and Behavioral Psychology. The ideal candidate combines strong design thinking with the ability to simplify complex concepts, structure information effectively, and craft experiences that feel intuitive and meaningful.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a final-year B.Des. / M.Des. in Experience Design, UX Design or related
disciplines from top-tier design institutions. - Graduation Year: 2027 Batch (Final Year Students Preferred).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts through design.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Excellent visual, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and content structure abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and information architectures for web and SaaS
applications. - Develop clear and user-friendly microcopy for product interfaces, forms,
workflows, notifications, onboarding experiences, and dashboards. - Structure content and workflows that improve usability, discoverability, and user
engagement. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business
requirements into user-centered solutions. - Participate in user research, usability reviews, and experience evaluations.
- Design product assets including feature explanations, onboarding journeys, help
content, and user guidance.
