Role: Strategy Consultant – Retail Expansion (Consultant/Freelance)

As we prepare for broader market adoption, we are seeking an experienced Retail Expansion & Location Strategy Advisor to evaluate our solution, validate its practical applicability, and provide strategic guidance based on real-world retail expansion experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate the AI-powered retail site selection platform.
- Validate decision parameters used in store location recommendations.
- Provide feedback on retail expansion workflows, site selection criteria, and market evaluation practices.
- Identify critical factors, data points, and business considerations that may be missing from the current solution.
- Recommend improvements to enhance practical adoption by retailers.
- Share insights on current retail expansion trends and industry best practices.
Preferred Experience
- 10–20+ years of experience in Retail Expansion, Retail Operations, Location Planning, Real Estate Strategy, or Store Development.
- Experience working with organized retail chains, value retail, fashion retail, grocery, hypermarket, QSR, pharmacy, or specialty retail brands.
- Proven track record of evaluating, approving, or launching multiple retail store locations.
- Strong understanding of: Site selection and location assessment, retail expansion planning, retail real estate and leasing considerations, demographic and consumer behavior analysis.
